- $5.99 economy shipping is available in Canada and USA, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations and $10 for International shipping.
- $14.99 express shipping is available in Canada and USA, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations.
- Free shipping in the United States & Canada for orders over $99 US. US Orders below $99 US are subject to a $5.99 shipping fee.

All orders require 1-2 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered.
We provide two shipping options – Economy Shipping & Express Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1-2 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Our standard Economy Shipping is free in Canada & USA (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) when your order value is over $99. Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Orders below $99 are subject to a $5.99 shipping fee. We ship using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at time of shipping.
Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada and USA (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.
Our goal is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience.
Damaged or Defective Goods
We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any items delivered to you that are damaged or defective at no charge.
Incorrect Items Ordered
We will issue a full refund for items ordered incorrectly by you if you notify us within 7 days of receipt and conditional on all item(s) being returned unopened and in the original packaging. Postage costs will not be refunded. Please send the returnable items registered mail as no item will be refunded until received by us. If we have sent you the incorrect product from what you ordered, please send the products back to our address.
Order Cancellation Requested By Customer
Orders cancelled at the request of the customer may incur a fee of $10 or 10% of the order value (whichever is greater). This is chargeable at the discretion of management.
